Bouquet: White citrus blossom and honeysuckle complement the classic citrus core, along with cooler dried herb aromatics present from the 2013 vintage. And now after six years of evolution from harvest, the wine shows lovely complex honey, toast and beeswax characters.
Palate: Rich and generous, with intensity and fresh acidity on the palate. Section 94's characteristic creamy texture from extended lees ageing are ever present, along with citrus pith and grapefruit rind flavours that follow through on the finish.
Food match: Fish (especially Salmon), poultry, soft white cheeses.
Cellaring: Drinking well now or cellar for a further 3-4 years.
