2015 CHARDONNAY

Lovely smoky nose – more smoky than struck – match. Bags of intense, rich citrus fruit, so pure and deep in fruit and all in harmony with the reductive winemaking style and herbal/fumy notes from the wild ferment. Tastes amazing with a starter of sushi and soy sauce, which brings out the savoury side of the wine, and the delicious mealy, creamy texture.

2015 PINOT NOIR

Fleshy and vibrant, with plum, black cherry and orange peel notes to the plush, juicy tannins. Spice, toast and black licorice details linger, adding some aromatic oomph. Drink now through 2028.
