“Sauvignon Blanc by another name; a rich concentrated style made using wild yeasts and 18 months in older oak, yet retaining some sauvignon characters. Very big and mouth-filling, more widely enjoyable than some similar styles. Should age very well but great already with the richness suiting veal, chicken and spicy foods.”
