Big and complex Sauvignon Blanc with a marmite/leesy character from fermentation on solids. There's also a hint of oak. Not strongly varietal but it does taste like Sauvignon Blanc. Sauvignon Blanc taking a stroll on the wild side. A "love it, or hate it" wine. I love it... with food.
